YCBF A.I.M.

A pathway from awareness to intervention to movement.

The YCBF A.I.M. framework helps explain how healing-centered work grows: first by raising awareness, then by supporting intervention, and finally by equipping people to help free others.

A.I.M. in one view

  • A— Awareness and education
  • I— Implementation and intervention
  • M— Movement and missional purpose

Why it matters

The framework gives supporters, survivors, churches, and community partners a clear way to understand how YCBF serves people at different points in the healing journey.

Framework overview

Each level answers a different need in the journey to freedom.

Program and framework pages work best when they clearly explain who they serve, what they do, and how visitors can act next.

Level I
A

Awareness

Education, prevention, and soul healing.

This stage raises awareness around domestic violence, sexual violence, oppression, and emotional suffering while helping people name what they have experienced.

  • Educational content and prevention messaging
  • Awareness events and media outreach
  • Healing-centered conversations that reduce silence and stigma
Level II
I

Implement

Intervention and support pathways.

This stage focuses on helping those who need to be freed by connecting them to churches, shelters, advocates, safe communities, and practical support.

  • Intervention-centered community support
  • Referral relationships with shelters, churches, and partners
  • Healing pathways that support safety, care, and stability
Level III
M

Movement

Freed to free others.

This stage helps people move from pain into purpose so their healing becomes part of a broader mission, legacy, and community witness.

  • Ambassador development and train-the-trainer pathways
  • Missional storytelling and leadership opportunities
  • Community action rooted in healing and hope

How people move through A.I.M.

The framework is not just a model. It is a healing journey.

Someone may first encounter YCBF through awareness content, then seek practical intervention support, and later become part of the movement that helps others heal and live free.

Who this serves

  • Individuals healing from trauma, abuse, and oppression
  • Churches and faith communities seeking a response pathway
  • Shelters, advocates, and partners strengthening intervention
